Dota Mana Bars 1.4 is another tool that you may add to your DotA utilities and Warcraft tools. DotA Mana Bars was made by Lynn that allows you to see DotA mana bars along with DotA health bars. You may use DotA Mana Bars DotA utility in DotA LAN games and it will work out just fine. It really helps when you're DotA Hero is Anti-Mage or Nerubian Assassin.
However, many DotA players have reported that this DotA utility causes Warcraft to crash when playing on Garena and B.Net. Many tournaments might ban the use of DotA Mana Bars as it provides you with an advantage over the enemy. So I wouldn't suggest using DotA Mana Bars on Garena and B.Net at the moment. It's worth trying on LAN anyways.

After extracting files from DotA Mana Bars 1.4 zip file, run DotA Mana Bars 1.4 program and Warcraft 3 in whatever order. :)
Note:
If you disable "Show HP Bars" option in Warcraft 3, DotA Mana Bars will be also disable.
